Property info

This unique place has a style all its own , perfect place to go to be beside the sea and beaches. Alice's beachside haven is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment with views over the sea, the beach is just a few metres away which extends for miles. The apartment has ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, family bathroom and a single bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge leading to the patio with sea views. There is gated resident parking for one car further free on street parking opposite. The promenade is a part of the famous Essex way walk, with many other walks in both directions. There is plenty of attractions close by including the local swimming pool and fitness gym, there is boating kayaking surfing available just a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation. There is restaurants cafes also just a short walk from the accommodation.

Alice's beachside haven it's on the beach Rd and this is just a short walk to town, and and less than 50 metres from the beach and the promenade, with cafe and restaurants close by.
