An Bothan has been designed with active guests in mind, being open plan with a spacious bathroom, living space with a double bed and free wifi. It has a small kitchenette, which is perfect for those just needing breakfast and snacks before exploring the islands attractions, food and fare. Please note: There is no cooking or laundry facilities. We have a Kettle, Toaster, Fridge and Sink with readily available teas and coffee. Inside if you are missing your movies and shows there is a TV with the media apps available to log in to. The cabin is located next to our family home 'Coille Bheag' (Meaning 'Small Woodland') but has been made private with guests in mind. There is a large decking space and bench to enjoy a morning coffee, watch the sun rise or the sun set with a beverage... Being on the edge of a woodland, keep your eyes open for the amazing wildlife we have on the Island - Red Deer especially, if you're a very early riser.
An Bothan (meaning 'cabin' in Scottish Gaelic) is nestled in a small woodland located on Sleat, Isle of Skye. It is a short distance to some great local pubs, hotels and eateries, with plenty of fabulous forest and coastal walks to enjoy. More photo's coming soon.. :)
