All guests receive a pass for the onsite leisure complex which comprises free pool, sauna, steam room and gym. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE COMMUNAL AND NOT IN ANY OF THE PROPERTIES. There's an on resort pub, pizzeria, shop, playground, tennis court for hire and more. And all properties are around a 10-20 min walk to the amazing beach! All Filey Bay Direct properties have free wifi, bed linens/towels provided, central-heating, free parking, and are modern and well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. Many allow a dog or 2 (must be over 6 months old and house-trained). XL bullies and banned breeds are not permitted on the resort. If you are coming further into the future, I take payment 2 months before your stay, but I can consider payment plans once you've booked.

Anchor Down Cottage is in a quiet corner of the Bay with a patio with seating, BBQ looking out onto large communal lawn and a boules court. It is a short stroll to the meadows, with parking spaces to the front and side on a first come first served basis. It is about a 5 min walk to amenities and 15 min walk to the beach.
