Butt's Lawn Farm is a beautiful bungalow with far-reaching countryside views of the local wildlife and landscape. The property has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a living area. Outside there is plenty of space for guests to enjoy the fresh air, with a spacious garden and a further enclosed paddock area, ideal for pets and children to run around in. There is a beautiful countryside walk as you step outside the property in one direction, while Fordingbridge is within half a mile the other way, where you will find the brilliant facilities that the town has to offer.

Swallow Retreat Bungalow is owned and run by Animals Voice, a small local wildlife charity. All proceeds from our holiday let go towards helping injured wildlife. Our long-term vision is to open a wildlife sanctuary and education centre in the barn that you can see in the distance from the bungalow. Pets are welcome at the property.

Fordingbridge and the surrounding areas have plenty of things to offer. There is a spacious riverside park, ideal for children with a paddling pool (open in the summer), play area, a brand new skatepark and a kiosk. There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. There is a range of independent businesses, including butchers, bakers, and local arts and crafts shops, and a soft play area with a cafe. There is also a water park a short drive towards Ringwood. Further afield the New Forest has a variety of beautiful walks, cycle rides and dog walks, and more beautiful countryside pubs and cafes. Locally, you can hire bikes from Sandy Balls, a short drive from the property. A twenty-minute drive away, Salisbury has a range of history including; the historic cathedral, Old Sarum, and just beyond the city the majestic Stonehenge. Bournemouth and Poole have a range of stunning beaches, from Hengistbury Head in the east to Sandbanks in the west.
