Appin House is a recently refurbished, 5 bedroom bed & breakfast located in the heart of Fort Augustus. The redevelopment focused on providing ultra-modern bathroom facilities for every room while retaining the rustic Highland aesthetic. With TVs and luxurious hardwood king size beds throughout, the rooms are designed to be relaxing and comfortable. Warm and welcoming, Appin House is the true embodiment of Highland hospitality.
Situated in the heart of Fort Augustus at the westerly end of Loch ness, the village is ideally placed for travelling to Skye, Inverness, and the North of the highlands . There are a numerous restaurants and pubs in the village and the Caledonian Canal runs through its centre, where you can watch boats negotiate the locking system. With historic castles, Whisky distilleries, skiing resorts, Loch Ness boat trips, and many more activites a short distance away, time spent in Fort Augustus can always be filled with adventure!
