Following the success of Little Orchard B & B, we converted and extended an outbuilding in our garden to create a self-contained apartment, naming it Apple Tree Corner! At the beginning of 2020 Little Orchard B & B was converted into a 2nd self-contained apartment Both apartments are on the property where we have lived since 1985, for our entire married life. We now have 3 daughters, 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
There are 2 pubs within easy walking distance. Yate Shopping Centre is just 2 miles away and Chipping Sodbury is just over 3 miles. The British is a small cul-de-sac, hidden away, which makes it a nice, quiet and safe area in which to reside.
