The property offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom, a twin room with two single beds, and an additional pull-out sofa bed in the living room. With 1.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day by the sea.
Outside, you’ll find a fully fenced garden with seating — ideal for morning coffees, relaxed evenings, or letting little ones play safely. Being right by the entrance and main road makes access easy, and you’re conveniently positioned next to the on-site playground.

I take pride in keeping the property comfortable, welcoming and easy to enjoy from the moment you arrive. I understand how important it is for a holiday to feel stress-free, so I’m always on hand if you need recommendations or a quick answer to any questions.
When I’m not hosting, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring the coast, and making the most of family time. There’s something special about Brean and the surrounding area, and I genuinely enjoy sharing it with others.
Brean Sands is a much-loved Somerset seaside destination, famous for its long sandy beach and relaxed holiday atmosphere. The beautiful stretch of coastline at Brean Sands is perfect for beach walks, paddling, and traditional fish and chips by the sea.
