Welcome to my first floor Apartment within walking distance to the Town centre and Train Station with free parking for 2 vehicles (one covered). With views of Arundel across the river with both the Castle and Cathedral in full sight. The train station and town centre are both within easy walking distance. I live here 50% of the time, so one room is blocked off for me to keep a few personl belongings, so it is a true home from home. Town Centre - 7 Minute walk Train Station - 13 Minute walk Arundel Lido - 5 Minute Walk Goodwood - 20 minute drive Beach - 15 minute drive Countryside access from the doorstep.

My hobbies and interests include cycling, running, walking my dog and taking pride in to looking after this apartment for guests to enjoy. I am more than happy to help with any enquiries regarding the apartment or navigating around the local area, otherwise I'll leave you to your own devices.

The immediate surroundings is a quiet residential area with all the delights of central Arundel just across the river. With the Castle, Cathedral, antique and other quirky one off shops and a large choice of restaurants and cafes.
