The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, dining seating for five, a utility with washer/dryer and microwave, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a single, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, decking and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking/vaping property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
