Large spacious apartment, elegantly furnished and equipped to ensure guests will have a relaxing, comfortable stay. The apartment was once a floor in the old department story, Masters & Tulley, in Hurstpierpoint and benefits from large south facing windows in the common parts that flood the apartment with natural light. The large kitchen/dining space is perfect for meals with friends and family.

Hello and welcome to Ascot House in Hurstpierpoint. I have lived in the village for the last 17 years and owned this beautiful apartment for 12 years. I also live and work in the village so will be close at hand should you have any questions. Walking on the South Downs is the best exercise for me come rain or shine and nothing beats an evening in the village with friends in one of the many establishments.

Located in the centre of the village, close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, catering for all your needs. Plus the village is on the edge of the beautiful South Downs National Park, where walks will take you to the Jack and Jill windmills, Wolstonbury Hill, vineyards and horse riding stables. Hurstpierpoint is close to the A23 and only 15 minute drive to cosmopolitan Brighton and the sunny south coast.
