Have fun with the whole family at this fully renovated (2023), modern 3 bedroom terraced house in a quiet residential area, with fully compliant local authority short term holiday let license. 15 minutes walk to East Sands Beach & St Andrews town centre shops, bars, restaurants & university. Close to a number golf courses including the Open Championship Old Course. Walking distance to a number of supermarkets Aldi, M&S, Morrisons and local bus stop. Dinning garden, free on street parking, WIFI.
