In Edinburgh’s city center, Averon Guest House has spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The Averon is a Georgian townhouse, offering rooms with modern private bathrooms with TVs and tea / coffee facilities. A continental breakfast is provided. We are a 10 minute walk from Princess Street and Edinburgh Old Town and close to Kings Theater and a range of restaurants. The car park is suitable for cars or standard and large commercial vans. Also, secure parking for motorbikes. Parking is guaranteed and does not need to be booked in advance. The car park is securely locked at night and monitored by CCTV. EV charging is included. In the evening we offer free Scottish musical entertainment with the owner singing traditional Scottish songs accompanied by videos of Scotland's beautifully scenery. The Averon City Center Guest House is just a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh International Conference Center is within a 5-minute walk. Bus tours to Loch Ness or Loch Lomond can be arranged at the guest house, they leave every morning after breakfast.
