Balnearn House is a family-owned B&B set in the beautiful Tay valley in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Situated in a quieter part of Aberfeldy, the property is still only a few minutes’ walk to all restaurants and local shops. The House is set within its own private grounds offering guests plenty of indoor and outdoor space. There is an elegant Lounge on the first floor of the property for guests to relax in front of a roaring log fire. Alternatively, you can enjoy outdoor seating in our beautiful porch or the garden. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and include a selection of both cooked and lighter options. Guests can enjoy a homemade granola or freshly made crepes. Overlooking the garden, all rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities. They all feature en-suite facilities including high pressure showers and Scottish Fine Soap toiletries. An off-street private car park is available to all guests.
