The living areas include a spacious kitchen/diner/sun room with TV, electric Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, a handy utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra basin, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Upstairs, there is also a study with a desk and musical keyboard. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to five cars and a garden with a lawned area, patio, hot tub and furniture. Nearby Kendal is ideally placed for exploring South Lakeland, the Yorkshire Dales and beyond.
