I have a few properties that I rent out and I keep them well maintained. I look forward to inviting guests to stay and help them explore the county. I only live a short distance away, so I am on hand if needed. This property is quirky, with the large living area being on the top floor

Deceptively spacious and quirky house, laid out over 3 floors. The whole house has just been re-carpeted. The Bottom floor is a large hallway, stairs to second floor where there are 2 bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with an on-suite, king size bed, TV with free view. Second Bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a TV with free view. A large main Bathroom with bath and shower. All bedding, Towels and bath mats are provided and are hotel quality and professionally laundered. A tea room for that early morning or late night cup of tea. The top floor is a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, with 2 large sofa’s, one of which is a large sofa bed. There is a large terrace balcony with outside chairs and a small table and the view isn’t bad either. The kitchen has some supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other bits. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven, and a large fridge/freezer. Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery are provided. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs, and a small desk and chair should you need to do any computer work. I don’t allow any work to be carried out at the property other than remote office type Work. I have a ring security system at the front of the property which on, there are NO cameras within the property.

There are a lot of take-a-ways from chicken, pizza, greggs ect all a 30 second walk away. Morrisons is also there and a nice pub 2 mins walk away. It’s is close to Telford town centre, the international centre and Ironbridge.
