We would like to welcome you to Bassets Acre and are on hand for anything you may need , Bassets Acre is a very special place and hope you will, like so many people that have stayed with us share our love of Bassets Acre, Portreath and Cornwall, We have owned Bassets Acre for over 45 years and think we have got it right or so we are told by the hundreds of wonderful people who stayed here and have become close friends that return every year, we now have some families who have stayed with us over 5 generations. We welcome families, but do not allow all male or all female groups as this is not a party house!

BASSETS ACRE ~ circa 1827 A grand historic villa built by Lord De Dunstanvillle set in one acre of tranquil gardens in the heart of Portreath. The six lovely 1 - 3 bedroom apartments are just a short stroll from : PORTREATH BEACH~ HARBOUR~ PUBS ~ RESTAURANTS ~ SHOPS ~ CLIFF AND WOODLAND WALKS, Our facilities are only shared by just 5 other lucky families at Bassets Acre, With FREE WiFi The heated Swimming Pool has a telescopic enclosure so you can swim and relax whatever the weather, The FAB Hottub, is amazing with powerful spa jets, get rid of those aches and pains just relax, We have 2 BBQs in the garden, Gas and Charcoal for guests use. Our Games room ~ A great place to meet people and make friends, it has a Pool table ~ Football table ~ DVD and Book Library Plus lots of board games and toys.
