Welcome to our charming Brand New spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the coastal town of Porthcawl. Nestled in a prime location, just a short stroll from the sandy beaches and vibrant town centre, this stylish apartment is the perfect choice for your seaside getaway. Set over 2 floors, the spacious 3 bedroom apartment has a 2 x double beds and 2x single beds. If you require use of the sofa bed please let us know at the time of booking so that we can make sure the bedding is there. Likewise, if you require a travel cot, please let us know at the time of booking. The accommodation comes with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The kitchen features a fridge freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. A microwave, stovetop and toaster are also provided, along with a kettle. The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Bed linen is included, but please bring your own towels. On street parking is available outside of the house or on surrounding streets which is free of charge. During busy periods if the street is full, there are multiple chargeable carparks within walking distance. We will require a rental agreement to be signed at the time of booking and will also place a hold on your card for a damage deposit. This isn't taken unless there is damage to the property.

From peaceful bays, to expanses of long sandy beaches, Porthcawl has it covered. At the bottom of the road you will be right on the Esplanade. The esplanade has an abundance of independent bars, restaurants and coffee shops, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views across the Bristol channel to the North Devon coast. Sip your coffee in tranquillity with the waves crashing around you. Or head to the marina or funfair and amusements for a traditional British family day out.
