We have an online booking system that manages all our bookings, you’ll be sent an email with information and access details. This has all the information you will need for you stay like the gate & property key codes, information to buy entertainment passes should you want them etc.

Lovely family three bedroom six berth caravan, open plan living area, comfy seating with a separate dining area. It has a good kitchen with everything needed for your stay. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Shower room, wash basin & toilet and the caravan has a second toilet. To keep you entertained in the caravan there is a TV. For your arrival, we include beds made up, complementary tea and coffee and some essentials to make your initial arrival as easy as possible. Discover Pagham – Sunshine, Wildlife & Coastal Charm Pagham is a beautiful shingle beach beside a charming coastal village, just west of Bognor Regis, in one of the sunniest areas of the UK. It’s an ideal spot for relaxed seaside days, scenic walks, and fresh sea air. At the western end of the beach lies Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, a Site of Special Scientific Interest managed by the RSPB and other conservation groups. Its wetlands and lagoon provide a peaceful haven for birdwatching and wildlife, with Church Farm Holiday Park located right beside the lagoon, offering easy access to this unique landscape. Pagham also has a fascinating past. Just offshore, the remains of a World War II Mulberry Harbour platform are still visible, while along the shoreline you’ll spot distinctive beachfront homes converted from early 1900s railway carriages.
