Hilary and Graham work hard to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Nothing is too much trouble as we offer suggestions on places to visit, areas to walk freely and restaurants and shops to visit. We promote local when ever we can and have confidence our guests will want to return to the Scottish Borders and in particular Kelso. We offer a variety of options on our breakfast menu to cater for all requirements .

Property info

Bellevue House is a Victorian detached villa property and was built in 1840 for Thomas Tod Stoddart. It was built as a family home and today it is still a family home with a friendly environment to ensure your stay is a relaxed one. The guest house is situated a short walk from Kelso's famous cobble square which has lots of independent shops and restaurants catering for every taste.

The area around the guest house is residential with the local school, doctors, dentist and veterinary surgeries just minutes away. Bellevue House is located just a short 3 to 5 minute walk from the Kelso town square. We have free off road parking behind the guest house.
