Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by an entrance hall with a large lounge to your left which has a log burner and Smart TV. Further down the corridor you will find the snug which has a projector to watch movies and a single sofa bed with pull out trundle. The open plan kitchen-diner is rustic and well-equipped. It has a range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge/freezer, as well as ample seating. The back door lead out onto the patio garden which has a hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and a family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The bedrooms consist of a double and family room which is made up of a double bunk bed (child only on the top) and triple bunkbed (child only on the top 2 bunks). On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a super-king size bed; the other is a twin. The hot tub is an additional cost of 95 pounds/stay for ALL bookings). This must be booked & paid for through TJS Properties, 48 Hours in advance of 5pm arrival time. Towels and linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply. On street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Belmont Villa is a spacious property which sits in a peaceful spot close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe. It is within walking distance of Ilfracombe’s town and Tunnels Beaches and great places to eat line the harbour and the lower town.
