Country House just outside Bath , come and get plenty of lovely Fresh air , with walks in the Country ,by the canel . The kitchen has a four oven AGA which is on all the time and must not be turned off. Large fridge freezer, microwave and lots of kitchen items. Berkeley House is a beautiful, spacious Victorian house, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with stunning views of the Valley of Limpley Stoke. Full of character, the house is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, retreats, chilled hen weekends or corporate team building away days. You will find everything you need for a relaxed and memorable stay. Play board games or chat with friends and family.

My husband Paul and I have been running this for over 12 years. I love interior design and keep updating the property.

Located in the Avon Valley, the city of Bath is a 10-minute drive away from the property. With shops, theatres, pubs and the famous Roman-built baths, you won’t be short of things to do there. For those who prefer the outdoors, the house is surrounded by lovely country walks, taking in the nearby Avon and Kennet Canal. Also a fantastic popular local pub called The Hop Pole which is 5 minute walk,
