We are Jo and Dan we are a family run property developer and holiday let creator We have a fb called JCT HOMES We have 11 properties in total that we manage, we care about the properties and our guests We love visiting nice places and i love Monkeys, the outdoors, quirky beautiful houses/apartments creating Holiday homes and playing the saxophone Dan loves Reptiles, animals the outdoors, travelling and playing the guitar, we live about 15 mins away from the property :)

Property info

This Apartment, in a large detached house with parking, is perfectly located at the south end of Blackpool’s tourist attractions behind Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It is decorated in the famous Blackpool Rock colours. This apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed which has a memory foam mattress for that extra comfort. We recently purchased this house and have renovated it to make it just that little bit different for our guests.

Blackpool Pleasure beach ranked 8th best park in the World is the closest attraction which you can access over a footbridge from the bottom of the street (saves going round) Check out the Gin Bar on South Pier you can ride in a tram down the front and see the famous illuminations Sept- December Blackpool Air show - great spot We have Morrisons, Nandos, Subway,Tesco Express, Costa etc close by its in a perfect spot to stay, trams, buses, taxi, car, train or walk everything you need to close by
