Blacksmiths House is a first floor apartment with lounge/diner, kitchen space, double bedroom and shower room. Fully equipped, this light and airy apartment is right in the heart of this beautiful town. From the French windows in the living area, you can enjoy views across mayors avenue and even a river glimpse! This attic/ loft style apartment is uniquely styled with bespoke hand made furniture and influences from across the world. Modern Amtico flooring in yacht deck style runs through the entire flat and gives a warm loosely seaside feel. The kitchen as induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave and all basic utensils, cutlery and crockery. The living room includes comfortable seating, an aeroplane coffee table and a Large 40” flat screen tv as well as a small dining table perfect for 2. The bedroom has a standard sized double which I complete with linen and towels provided. The bathroom is spacious with a double sized shower and plenty of hot water. The building was reconstructed in 2015 and offers modern full spec insulation and glazing to ensure the summers are cool and winters warm and toasty! We are sure you will enjoy your stay here!

Blacksmiths is located in the center of Dartmouth, a few minutes walk from the river front, where you can take boat rides out to sea or up the beautiful River Dart, you can also cross the ferry to catch the stream train to ride to paignton and connect with Torbay. If the water is not your thing, then shop and eat until you drop in our fantastic town, there is the Flavel Arts center with a cinema a few steps from your door, or take a ride along the amazing coast road to Blackpool sands
