Fantastic view over the harbour. The bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was ample. Lovely welcome pack provided. The rainfall shower was brilliant and I also enjoyed a soak in the roll top bath. There is a small seating area at the back of the accommodation and also a kitchen/ utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Great location!! A 2 minute walk into Brixham to shops, bars and restaurants. The pubs had live music and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Bus station about a 5 minute walk so you can go and explore. Lovely walks to local places of interest.

Amazing views and quiet location at the top of the house. Great bathroom!

Location and size of room but amenities were not good. No soap to clean dishes or bag to put garbage and no soap to wash towels ( only 2 towels for 7 day stay) and no wash cloth to dry counter. Common area was so watery no paper towel or cloth towel to dry. Garbage can was full.

Beautiful curb appeal, inside looked and smelt amazing from the moment we walked through the front door. Room and bathroom were clean and decorated to a high standard. Lovely quiet road, views over the park and sea. Teas, coffees etc supplied and lush soap and moisturiser in the fab bathroom… hairdryer too! Ideal location for us, enjoyed our stay so much we opted for an extra night.

It was clean and beautifully appointed. My brother particularly liked the slightly firmer mattresses. The cooked breakfast was worth the £10. The host was helpful and kind without being pushy.

Nice town, fascinating sea views, hotel owners are a nice and kind couple. They are ready to help anytime, I wish we could stay there longer.

Fabulous from beginning to end !

Everything was perfect, with extra touches. Ensuite had good water power and heat. Room was large with drawers and a cupboard. Decaf drinks included. Charging ports handy.

Very efficient staff. 3 people attended us at breakfast. Choice and quality was very good. Our room ( with a nice view) was compact but nice and warm despite it being bitter cold outside ! Will be back !

Very welcoming and relaxing hotel in excellent central location. Love the décor and ambience. Fabulous food; the breakfasts especially are a delight for those who are up for a full cooked breakfast, with local fayre, and vegetarians alike! Nothing too much trouble. Great to see it's dog- friendly too :-)
