Overview Welcome to this beautiful Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse in the heart of the historic Dartmouth town centre and near to the picturesque River Dart waterfront. Located opposite the historic market on level ground, your ensuite double room includes a 2000 sprung pocket mattress, white cotton linen, towels, tea, coffee and fridge, iron and board, hairdryer, ensuite bathroom with plenty of hot water, heating, and free fibre optic wifi, all recently renovated and stylishly decorated. Your Space Recently refurbished double room overlooking historic Dartmouth Market Square. In addition, an ensuite shower room, bed, seating, free standing and built-in storage, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen television and free wifi. Carefully colour co-ordinated carpets and soft furnishings compliment the soft and gentle interior decor. Ensuite shower room, with modern fittings, good light and mirror with basic soaps and toiletries included.
