You and your family or friends will be staying in a delightful, cosy, carefully renovated Regency cottage, in a quiet side street in the centre of old Weymouth. The house is just 2 minutes walk from the main beach, and 4 minutes walk from the harbour with its day and nightlife, and very close to shops and cafes. The house is split over 4 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As it's a listed Regency cottage, the stairs may be a little steep for some, but our parents in their late 70's manage them well. We have a cot and high chair to accommodate tiny people, which means that the property can comfortably cater for 10 people in total (with 1 day bed for child and a cot). The bedroom layout is: - 1 double or twin room on the upper ground floor, - 1 King master bedroom with en suite on the first floor, - 1 bunk room for 2 or 3 on the second floor (with a day bed), - 1 large double bedroom on the second floor. The house has a large kitchen dining room, with a large dining table for 8 people and ample serving and dining equipment to keep any budding chef happy. Our property has a courtyard garden at the rear with a dinning table and seating, together with a 2 burner gas BBQ. We're happy to accommodate dogs, and we're close to the dog beach. Please note that like many houses in the centre of Weymouth, there is no parking at the property as the street is narrow. We're Sophie and Jonty, , and together with our 10 year old son, we fell in love with Weymouth 4 years ago. We were recently lucky enough to be able to buy the house very close to the beach and harbour. We spend as much time as we can in Weymouth with friends. We love swimming. sailing, paddle boarding, walking, eating, drinking, and all of the other wonderful things that Weymouth and the surroundings have to offer. We're very happy to be able to share that with our guests, and we hope that you really enjoy your stay.

The house is located just off a bustling old street which leads from the beach to the high street and harbour. We are about 2 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes from the high street shopping, and 5 minutes from the harbour with it bars and restaurants. There is so much to do within a short walk of the house, that you may spend your entire holiday within 10 minute walk of home. If you want to travel further afield then you're only a 5 minute walk from bus routes along the whole of the Jurassic Coast, and 10 minutes walk from the station with regular trains to London and Bristol.
