The Accommodation is situated on Blue Water site at Dawlish Warren, Devon. Just a 30 minute drive from the M5, Blue Water Site is easy to reach by road or rail but feels a million miles away. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of our 2 Bedroomed Static Caravan, nestled in a serene and peaceful site in the heart of the stunning South Devon countryside. The site itself only has 30 Holiday Homes and is set in an informal and relaxed environment. The site is just a 10 minute stroll from the sandy shores of Dawlish Warren Beach. The property is perfect for Dogs as there is a dog walking area on site along with the South West Coastal path and local beaches all within a 10 min walk away.

We are a mother-daughter duo who decided to start our business as a family venture. Our goal is to ensure every guest has a relaxing and unforgettable experience during their stay with us. We love sharing details about the beautiful area we live in and are always happy to recommend local attractions. Living in a nearby village, we are close by if any issues arise. Caroline also runs a successful pet-sitting business in the area that both her husband and son help to run.

Dawlish Warren is a stunning seaside resort - built on a spit of sand with the Exe estuary on one side and the sea on the other with golden sands and clean bathing waters. It has all the attractions of a traditional holiday getaway but in an outstanding natural environment. Coastal walks either along by the sea to Dawlish or along the South Devon Coast Path up the River Estuary towards Exeter and beyond. We also have an excellent Cycle Route (No 2) that takes in the Exe Estuary Trail which is a must for all as it is flat and offers stunning River and Estuary views. We are a 10 minute walk from Dawlish Warren Railway Station. Stagecoach Bus stop is right outside the park entrance taking you either one way towards Torquay, or off the other way to Exeter.
