The Botanic Cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the heart of Churchtown Village a stones throw outstanding eateries, country pubs and quaint village shops whilst still only being mins drive from the beautiful seaside resort of Southport. Botanic Cottage benefits 2 double bedrooms with the 3rd and 4th bedroom being separated by a partition wall ideal for families with children. The living areas are great for groups or families offering a full kitchen, lounge, downstairs W.C, separate dining room and games room with an arcade machine, football table and games console. Outside space boasts a spacious decked terrace with modern seating/dining area and hot tub, alongside a further private garden with further seating, its the ideal space to enjoy an enchanting getaway.
