‘Mosely Dene’ (the house) was originally built in 1867 by a wealthy coal merchant as a home for his family, In 1903 it became The Felstead Apartments before becoming The Pinedale Hotel in the 1920s. Most recently, in mid-2017 it was converted into 8 self-contained, modern luxury apartments. Our apartment (number 6) is on the second floor and is reached via a (wide) staircase. Unfortunately there is no lift so the property may not be best suited to the elderly or infirm).

Welcome to our Holiday Let, we hope you enjoy your stay, create some great memories that encourage you to return to Bournemouth again soon. Firstly, a very warm welcome, from us – Grant and Fidelma (the owners) and also from Ramon (a friend who lives locally) who is an absolute gentleman and will be on-hand to meet you with your keys, answer your questions and help you make yourself / yourselves at home.
