Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I’ve created “Your own Private Space” within my dwelling. Private Self contained quirky living space set aside from my dwelling. The side apartment is part of an Edwardian house converted into to 2 contemporary style apartments. Ample road parking. Park opposite includes a running track and tennis court. A comfortable 20min walk into Bournemouth town centre and beach. Public transport, local eateries and supermarkets a short walk away.
I spent many years in the Hospitality&Catering industry which I enjoyed immensely. It gives me great satisfaction providing a service that my guests will appreciate. I enjoy the outdoors. From hiking, cold water swimming to yoga and leisurely strolling the local Sandy beaches.
Home faces a park providing a running track, tennis court and cafe. Ample free and safe road parking. 5-6 min drive away from Bournemouth centre. Bus stop 7min walk. Bike/scooter base opposite. 20mins pleasant walk into the centre and beach.
