About the Property Braeknowe is a cosy single level cabin set in peaceful countryside near Birnam and Dunkeld. Surrounded by greenery and mature trees, it offers a private and comfortable base while still being close to local villages and amenities. Sleeping up to five guests, it is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax after a day exploring the area. Please note that there is a nearby train track and main road, so guests may experience some associated noise during their stay. Living Space and Bedrooms The main living area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a TV, and a selection of books and board games for relaxing evenings indoors. The dining table seats up to five guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The property has three bedrooms consisting of one double room, one twin room, and one single room. Each bedroom includes wardrobes or drawers for storage, along with hairdryers for guest use. With everything conveniently located on one level, the layout works well for both adults and children. There is one bathroom fitted with an electric shower. While there is no bath, the space is practical and well suited for both short and longer stays. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. Guests can also make use of the dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and cafetière. Additional amenities include a washing machine located in a cupboard within the living area, along with an iron and ironing board.
