Lorraine's background was within the Social Care Sector where she worked for many years with people who had health conditions or disabilities. Andre has a background in Sales and Marketing.

Weymouth esplanade is composed of Georgian Terraces, which have been converted into apartments, shops, hotels and guesthouses. The Buildings were constructed in the Georgian and Regency periods , designed by architects such as James Hamilton and were commissioned by wealthy business men. Braemar Guest House is one of these grade 11 listed Georgian buildings built and is situated a short walk from the promenade and beach. It is a popular location, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Weymouth Train Station and around a 20 minute walk to the main town and old harbour area. The guesthouse has five double bedrooms which are over three floors and these are all accessed by stairs only. On the ground floor as you enter the property is a small hallway and off the hallway is the dining room and a lounge. There are four of the bedrooms which have an en-suite shower room and toilet and an attic room with a shower room on the landing outside of the room. The property does not have a secure car park at the rear but there are plenty of free areas within a short walk where you can park your car for free.

It is a very short walk from Braemar to the beach and main promenade which can be accessed by a pedestrian crossing a few yards to the right of the property. There is a convenience store on Lennox Street, which is a short walk from Bramar and they also benefit from a cash machine.
