Broad Beams is a terraced house set over four floors in Parkgate near Neston, Cheshire. The property has three bedrooms, comprising a third-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a second-floor king-size, and a further king-size bedroom. There is a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility. The accommodation includes a kitchen and a living/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Gas central heating is provided, and the property also offers TV and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car located a short distance from the rear of the property. One well-behaved pet is welcome, with pets restricted to the ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Note: The property has steps throughout and a narrow spiral staircase; please take care.
