Down a long secluded drive, this cottages sits next to Brosterfield Hall(owners) and across the path Brosterfield Farm (we look after the cottage for the owners).
We have been receiving guests both at the farm properties for over 16 years and latterly Brosterfield Cottage for 5 years.
We are passionate about offering wonderful accommodation and a relaxing stay to all our guests that stay with us. We are not an agency and still very much a family run business, taking care and pride in the service we offer.

You have chosen Brosterfield Cottage the 1 bedroom option. It is cosy and contemporary cottage nestled in the heart of the Peak District. Located just a short walk from the village of Foolow, the cottage has breathtaking, south-facing views of rolling hills and grazing cattle. Please note that Brosterfield Cottages can be rented as a 2 bedroomed cottage - for children only. This 2 bedroomed option is on a separate listing on this platform and is price reflective of being a 2 bedroomed cottage.
The cottage has undergone a wonderful renovation with beautiful furnishings to ensure guests have a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The property allows two dogs in this property and are charged at thirty pounds per dog per stay
Neighborhood info
Foolow is possibly one of the prettiest villages in the Peak District, with a traditional pub (within walking distance) and a picturesque duck pond at the heart of the village.
Foolow is situated in the centre of the Peak District, so all visitor attractions are a short drive away. There are endless walks from the door.
Bakewell is about a 10 min drive and is famous for the Bakewell Pudding and good shopping. Chatsworth House is a must see, if visiting the Peak District and is the host to many wonderful events throughout the year.
