This beautiful Old Rectory sits above the town with an acre of garden. Totally peaceful but less than a 5 minute walk to town and shops , eateries. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, tourists. More and more of our guests are loving the beautiful gardens, the amazing variety of birds and the fabulous views at breakfast! All our beds are now King-size, and the rooms are spacious and interesting.
We have been welcoming guests from all over the world for a few years now, and want to provide a beautiful peaceful home where people can restore their batteries. Think of it as a retreat. We love this area and walk our dogs every day, as well as enjoying fish and chips on the beach or a drink at the George 111. We want people to feel relaxed and at home, so if you're looking for a generic "premier Inn', you're in the wrong place!
Dolgellau is a lovely traditional Welsh town with lots of quirky backstreets to discover. It has fantastic access to Cader Idris, the sea, the rest of Snowdonia. Cardigan bay is just a few miles away and the Mawddach estuary is a stunning place to walk.
