Property info
This beautiful Cotswold barn conversion in stunning Poulton village just outside Cirencester is the perfect country escape for family or a group of friends. This Grade II listed barn conversion combines the authentic character of original wooden beams and a charming country kitchen, with excellent social spaces to enjoy time together. In a fantastic central location in the Cotswolds, highlights including Bibury’s Arlington Row, Cirencester, Adam Henson's Farm Park and Bourton-on-the-Water.The downstairs twin room, with adjacent W.C. and downstairs shower room would suit guests with limited mobility (though not wheelchair friendly). Upstairs are four double bedrooms, one ensuite and two sharing a family bathroom and the downstairs shower room.
Points of Note:
2 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee.
Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due.
Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted.
It is our policy not to take bookings for single sex group celebrations, which includes Stag and Hen nights, or groups where the majority are under 25 years.
Butts Farm sleeps a maximum of 10 adults. The sofa bed is only suitable for children.

Poulton is a picturesque Cotswold village with a lovely village pub, The Falcon Inn, serving British modern food, and featuring locally brewed cask ales. Also in the village is the fabulous small vineyard, Poulton Hill Estate where you can enjoy a tasting tour while just beyond is the lovely rare breed Butts Farm. Enjoy miles of stunning public footpaths and bridleways leading to surrounding villages or venture further a field to some of the Cotswold’s top highlights including Bibury, Cirencester, Daylesford Organic, Tetbury, Stow-on-the-Wold and the Diddly Squat Farm Shop. Children will love Adam Henson’s Farm Park, the Cotswold Water Park and the Cotswold Wildlife Park. From this central location in the Cotswolds, there are endless things to see and do.

Just a short stroll from the property is Nosh - The Pudding Company, which not only produces a wonderful range of delicious desserts but has a little shop selling all sorts of sweet and savoury treats including sourdough, pastries, crisps, ice cream, as well meals like locally made pizzas and ready meals. Also in the village is Poulton Hill Estate - a small vineyard where you can enjoy a fabulous tasting tour. Just down the road Abby Home Organic Farm Shop sells fresh organic produce and meat from the farm, wine, ice cream, skincare, fairly traded food and gifts all under one roof, as well as having a charming, award-winning cafe on site. Nearby Cirencester, the heart of the Cotswolds, is a beautiful market town with shops such as The White Company, Barbour, Landmark and Pro-Cook as well having lots of lovely coffee shops and pubs to choose from. A little further afield is the renowned Daylesford Organic luxury farm shop experience and Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop. The closest supermarkets are in Fairford and Cirencester.
