Sun all day in the living room. Quiet street in a very quiet area.<br /><br />1.4 km close to the city center. <br />13-minute walk to Talensac market where you can taste oysters while enjoying a small Muscadet.<br />17-minute walk to the Natural History Museum.<br />.<br /><br />.
