Nestled on the southern fringes of the Cairngorms National Park lies the hamlet of Kirkton of Glenisla where you will find Cairnhill Lodge - a beautiful and tastefully designed timber lodge furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The lodge enjoys a tranquil highland setting surrounded by forest, moors and lochs, which quickly give way to high mountains to the north. It is generously proportioned for four people with decor that is Scottish-Alpine in character: being both modern and homely. It comprises a sizeable, well-appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge area; kingsize and twin bedrooms - both with a double wardrobe and dressing table; large bathroom with a bath and double walk-in shower; study - library is well stocked with local books, board games and DVDs and houses the WiFi router (free WiFi), USB charging points and a combination safe for valuables; spacious utility room; front decked patio with built-in floor and wall lighting; outside private eating area with access to a Weber gas BBQ (gas included) and secure lockable shed.

The Lodge offers visitors a perfect base to explore – in depth – the counties of Angus, Perthshire and Royal Deeside, where you will delight in coming face-to-face with some of Scotland’s most spectacular mountain scenery, historical riches and iconic wildlife … Or if that seems just a bit too strenuous for what you had in mind, then you can simply enjoy some relaxation time in front of a roaring log fire and marvel at the myriad of wildlife that will happily visit you in the Cairnhill Lodge garden!
