3 bedroomed 8 berth caravan, with double glazing and gas central heating. The caravan is situated on Park Dean Resorts Site and the Site facilities are available to use at an additional price paid direct to the site. This can be done upon arrival, or in advance via the caravan owner, at an additional cost. Complex facilities are only available during February to November annually - for specific dates please message direct and i will provide these. Please note due to government restrictions parties of more than 6 will only be allowed if all members are from one House hold or support bubble

We are a couple who enjoy our time on site at the caravan, we also take our God Children on a regular basis who love the site and provide good reviews (aged 6 and 11)

Closely by we have Scarborough Town, which includes a castle, funfair, amusements, bowling and lovely beach. How ever if you want a cost free beach, pop to Cayton beach which is just that with a small shop nearby the beach is a great money saving alternative to nearby Scarborough or Filey. Bridlington is around 30 minutes away in the car and their is a lovely bird of prey Centre, they allow bird handling and feeding of other animals, including Meerkat experiences. Filey is a lovely little town and if your feeling fit you can walk along the Cleveland way, which has lovely views and is around 5 miles. Set off for a mid morning walk and arrive to enjoy a fish and chip lunch.. Staying closer to Cayton, we have the Tow bar, small bar attached to Browns Caravan Park and available for public use, there is an ice cream palour in Cayton Villege, Redcliffe Farm, farm shop, the Plough in has Soft play and Live sports. Scarborough Fair collections, is situated about 1.5 miles away and lovely place to visit, within the grounds of Flower of May Holiday Park.
