Based in the centre of the historic village of Tutbury, within a two-minute walk of all the local shops, restaurants, salons and pubs, this cosy little townhouse is the perfect place to discover Tutbury and it's fabulous surrounding countryside. Two tastefully presented double bedrooms share one bathroom with over-bath shower. Downstairs has open-plan kitchen-diner with separate WC and cosy living room offering TV and free WIFI. French doors lead to a private, enclosed patio with outdoor dining table.
I am very proud of my property and it gives me great pleasure to share it with my discerning guests. I do not live at this property but am always available should you need anything.
Tutbury is a beautiful, historic village based on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border with easy access to a whole host of fantastic atractions. The village itself has a great range of restaurants and takeaways as well as pubs, bistros and wine bars. With boutique shops, salons and the historic castle it has everything on the doorstep. St. George's Park, Alton Towers, Donnington Racetrack, Catton Hall, Sudbury Hall, The National Arboretum and Ashbourne, the entrance to the Derbyshire Dale's, are all within a 30 minute drive. JCB International Headquarters and Nestle are both within 15 minutes drive.
