We have created a separate room attached to our home which can be accessed via the side gate and back door. This makes it self contained as we won’t use that back door during your stay. This gives you more privacy and you are welcome to use the garden. The modern space has a small double bed, TV, wifi, breakfast bar area with fridge, microwave and kettle. Linen and towels provided. The en-suite is a wet room shower. There is a wardrobe, drawers, stools and comfy chairs. No smoking policy. Damage deposit required. No under 21s.

Hi we are a married couple with 3 children and 1 small dog. We both work full time. We would love to have you stay with us on your trip.

Our home is in a quiet residential area. The room is attached to the side if our home as seen in the photos. It is very comfortable for one or two person/s. Access is via the side path so you have as much privacy as we can give you we will not use the back door during your stay. We will consider medium to longer term stays. We are a walk to the metro station at Chichester if you want to travel into Newcastle, the ride is approx. 40 minutes or a 25-30 min drive. Sunderland is a 20 minute drive. South Tyneside Marine College is a 5 minute walk. Also Westoe rugby club. You can easily access the seafront by car or a 20 min walk. South Shields seafront has a fairground, restaurants, leisure pool, parks, children’s indoor play area, bowling and of course lovely beaches. There are a few pubs and restaurants walking distance - The County pub, Lasun Indian restaurant, Masons wine bar, Hedworth Hall, Momo Mediterranean restaurant, to name a few. The town centre is a 5 min drive with a wide selection of shops and restaurants, in particularly a great choice of Indian restaurants.
