Breakfast and evening meals and especially Sunday lunch were excellent and well presented service excellent couldn’t do enough for us thank you to the chef and staff 😀

This hotel exceeded my expectations! For its price it was an amazing experience. I got an amazing room with a large amount of space and the location is fantastic. With there being a beach just a 5 minute walk away and bus stations right a 2 minute walk away, I got to enjoy my visit to Newcastle with little to no hassle.

We asked to stay another night and the hotel booked a room that morning, we just had to move our stuff over. Very accommodating and the rooms were exceptionally nice.

Nice hotel and good location. Clean and modern. Comfy bed. Kettle, iron etc. Big fluffy towels. Lovely helpful friendly staff.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and even offered us a complementary drink in the pub downstairs. The room was great value for money - it was generally clean and comfy with everything you need for an overnight stay. There was ample parking and our car could be seen from our room which was reassuring. Checking in and out was very easy. Great place to stay if you're just looking for somewhere clean and comfy to sleep. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was nice that there was one available to make breakfast if needed.

Always the best standards and the friendliest staff

Room was small but very cost and warm. The only point is that the motorway is nearby, so you can hear the cars moving (in case of windows overlooking the seashore). But it is not a problem at all with the window closed. Rooms were cleaned every day, altogether with tea and coffee resupply. Good wi-fi and a small desk to work. And the most important, the seashore within the reach of your hand (not the 1st line, but it does not matter and I checked the map before booking)

I felt so wellcome and I spoke with summit and Adam and I could not of felt more wellcome and comfortable I spoke to summit few occasions he was so helpful and understandable with me
