There is also a downstairs toilet. Gas central heating is provided, and fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. The enclosed rear courtyard with a hot tub is ideal for relaxing. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. A shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away.
