A collection of 9 newly refurbished apartments. Peacefully located within its own communal grounds. Charlecote House offers secure and private parking for each apartment. In addition all ground floor apartments have private garden access and outdoor furniture. The communal garden space can be enjoyed by all guests. Commanding unrivalled views over Bath City, located in one of Baths premier residential areas. Just 0.6 miles from the city centre on a primary bus route. A 10 minute down hill stroll takes you past the Royal Crescent and into the Circus. Lansdown Road offers the easiest of vehicular access if arriving by car. Bath Racecourse is a matter of minutes up the road leading to the wider countryside beyond.

One of Bath’s premier residential locations. Securely set back from Lansdown Road. Lansdown Road is a mix of Georgian Villa's and Flat's. Prized for its accesibility and proximity to some of Bath's highlights. Enjoying easy access to the city centre with the Lansdown Park and Ride bus stopping outside the property every 15 mins.
