This is a lovely stylish one bed roomed apartment. This bright spacious apartment has kept many the original features while the apartment was modernized. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster & coffee machine. The lounge has a flat screen tv , Wi-Fi , sound bar & dvd player. The bedroom has woodland views & super comfortable bed. The shower room has a power shower with a shaver socket / toothbrush charger. The apartment has gas central heating & if fully double glazed. Lovely quiet & peaceful location perfect for a city getaway. But 10 15 minute walk into main city centre. The bus stop into the city is two minutes away . It is also a 5 minute walk to the Broxden services the local park & ride facility in Perth.

The apartment is situated in the cherry bank area of perth. Nice & quiet with on street parking. Lovely views of craigie hill woodlands. Cherry bank inn ,craigie hill golf course is two minutes from apartment. The local busses are on the 50 yards away. Also a five minute walk to park & ride bus service. This location provides busses to all over Scotland.
