Offering easy access to Highfield road, with many shops and restaurants, the promenade and a short walk (15 minutes) to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle indoor water park. Passion Fruit suite is situated only 4km away from the town centre, a short tram ride away.   Internally the property has two spacious bedrooms both with ensuite, lounge, modern fitted pine kitchen and 2, three piece white bathroom suites. Garden area provided to the rear which is accessible through the kitchen. Road parking is available on the main street or streets nearby. For this property there is a 45 sterling pounds cleaning fee and a 150 sterling pounds deposit to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. *Before your arrival and in order to receive your check in information, we require a copy of your photo ID, either driving license or passport. This is requested via email 3 days before your arrival.
