Property info

Homestay on hilly residential road in between Poole&Bournemouth. Bicycle rack side of house. Quiet calm stay away from busy towns. Quiet times 12am-5am. A quality sleep is my aim. Strictly NON SMOKING/NON VAPING inside outside property. Sorry no pets. Sorry, no children under 5. This property ONLY suitable for airport or ferry travel if you wish to wake up after 5am or arrive by 9.30pm(11pm for incoming ferry) . Ideal to stop overnight before taking ferry or a flight. Check out 6am-11am. Check-in from 5.30pm to 9.30pm(ferry up to 11pm). Kindly message estimated arrival time upon booking and if ferry/flight arrival, If not known please message that you know to be here by 9.30pm. There are 2 spacious upstairs rooms with their own bathrooms. Rooms separated by a storage room. Ideal for couples/family group to stay with up to 3 adults in each room. If 3 adults max stay 4 nights. Sorry no children under 5 years old.

Residential quietish hilly neighbourhood easy access by car/bus/taxi around Dorset. Sandbanks, Sandfest, Poole Quay, Maritime light festival, Folk, Jazz or Music Festivals, Swanage Folk Festival, Bournemouth Uni, Graduation, Bournemouth Air Show, Summer Live, Christmas Trees, Language Schools, Ferry to Jersey, Guernsey or France, Money Exchange (Tesco) Westbourne, Wallidown, Tank Museum, Tank Fest, Monkey World, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, Swanage, Wareham, Wool, Bere Regis. Christchurch, many National Trust & English Heritage places.Bus stop no 16/17 is 5 minutes uphill walk. M1/M2 25 mins uphill walk. Both connect you with stops for National Express buses, bus and train stations in Poole and Bournemouth which takes you to Bournemouth Square, Poole, Wallisdown, Branksome, Talbot Woods, Alderhills, Westbourne. Tesco express shop, excellent chip shop closeby. Beryl bike/scooter pay to hire scheme closeby.
