I am a retired professional cellist with two adult daughters and four grandchildren. I own a musical instrument business which is located on the same street as my apartments. I enjoy walking my dog on the beach and spending time with my family.
York Place is in the New Town of Edinburgh. This city centre street is made up of almost exclusively 18th century buildings. Waverley train station is a short walk away, the bus station is just round the corner and the tram from the airport stops on York Place, so it is a convenient location for all who are travelling to Edinburgh. York Place is the perfect central location to explore Edinburgh, surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants, with most tourist attractions within walking distance.
