The bathroom exudes warmth and relaxation with an electric shower and ambient lighting. The open plan living room features a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area with Smart TV and dining corner. The apartment is freshly renovated and has been transformed into a charming, cosy home away from home. The building and street are very quiet ensuring that you will have a peaceful stay at all times. The apartment is located within a historically significant area of Perth and the building is reflective of this. There are aspects of the entry way and stair well leading up to the apartment that date back to the origins of the building, giving it a certain character. Given the status of the building, there are limitations on how the entry way can be modernised, so guests should be aware that the entryway and stairs are not suitable for those with mobility considerations or vulnerabilities. Otherwise we hope guests can embrace the traditional entryway as they make their way to the freshly renovated apartment.

The flat is just steps away from South Inch Park which provides an oasis in the middle of the city. You are also walking distance from the heart of Perth where you can visit the museum or dine at many of the cute cafes and restaurants dotted along the cobbled streets. Branklyn Gardens is also close by and worth a visit!
