The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link) with Smart TV and en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC and a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower. To the outside is an enclosed patio garden with hot tub, a cycle rack for six bikes, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Cobblers Barn is a lovely escape, whatever time of year. Large settlement Martham is well situated halfway between the Norfolk Broads and the ocean. With a few bars, a post office, numerous stores, and a convenience store, the community is well-served.
